Doors

Major types of doors used in our structures:

» Electronic side doors (good for providing air circulation for sports activities during summer time)
» End panels (glass, steel, plastic)
» Manuel or electrically driven cargo/hangar doors
» Sliding doors

Ventilation and Heating

Natural ventilation is provided through the openings on the membrane and through the doors in the structure. We offer various types of ceiling fans, circulation fans, exhaust fans and duct fans for proper ventilation within the structure.

Temperature control is needed for keeping the structure available for use under variable weather conditions. Some of the most widely used equipment for heating and cooling purposes are the air conditioners and propane heaters. It should be born in mind that an efficient and affordable air conditioning is possible only if proper insulation is applied.

Insulation

The insulation solutions we provide will protect the living area in the structure from extreme cold or heat. These insulation materials also work as acoustic dampers and help minimize noise and provide a peaceful work space. A variety of insulation materials is available depending on customer needs and the environmental conditions expected where the project will be deployed. Most commonly used material types are aluminum foils, rock wool and glass fool fillings. A layer of fabric applied on the surface of the insulation material will keep it from disintegrating while increasing the overall resistance to external damages.

Proper insulation will help you keep the humidity and temperature at stable conditions providing substantial savings on the energy which will otherwise be needed for extra air conditioning.

Galvanizing process for steel frames

Steel trusses are treated with galvanizing process to protect the metal from oxidation for many years. The hot-dip galvanizing process forms an alloy composed of steel and zinc. When the steel is immersed into the molten zinc, a permanent bonding between steel and zinc takes place at a molecular level. As a result of this process, multiple layers are created, while the top layer is zinc, the other layers are made up of zinc-iron alloy. Pure steel is kept in the inner most layer of this new alloy and gets superior protection from corrosion or rusting.

Hot-dip galvanizing process has proven to be far more effective in comparison to other methods such as coating by paint or epoxy.
